Brixham itself is renowned for its pretty harbour, a perfect spot for enjoying water sports or trying your hand at crabbing, offering a choice of beach and boasts an open air sea water lido at Shoalstone. Step inside this delightful property where you will find all of the accommodation is conveniently arranged on the one level. The entrance hall offers lots of useful coat and boot storage and firstly leads through to the beautifully light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This brilliantly sociable space boasts a lovely bay window, comfortable sofas sat in front of a Smart TV and provides a perfect place to relax after a day exploring. Also included in this area is the perfectly appointed kitchen which offers a great range of appliances and equipment including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and also a dishwasher. Head further inside and you will then discover the pretty bedrooms, both boasting a set of patio doors leading to the outside space. Excellent location 10 mins walk from Harbour. eg Tesco etc within 10 mins walk. Seems rare to have a dedicated car space in a private car park. The space is easy level short 30 ft from front door. Note that of the 2 bedrooms, one has a small double, which was made up for us hardly wide enough for 2 adults., so I recommend on insisting that the otheRead morer normal double is made up for you. note that there are road closures in the area to water drain repairs follow from recent water problems . Nice apartment. Clean. Bedroom two very dark and as had patio doors no windows to open during the night so quite stuffy. . Lovely shower and bathroom, and parking space was a god send as no available parking in the street.

A great and spacious ground floor cottage, located very close to an amazing chippy and only a short walk into the town centre. The property ticked all of our boxes; it was clean, very comfortable and helped us enjoy a relaxing holiday in this wonderful historic town. There are two double bedrooms, long hallway, large shower/bathroom and a large opeRead moren plan kitchen, diner, living room. The heating was easy to adjust when it was cold or too warm. 2 negatives unfortunately - some information telling the guest all about waste removal and recycling and spare bin bags - we had to phone the agent who then had to phone owner. Also the condition of the small courtyard - a tidy up would have been nice before we arrived - it was in a bit of a mess

Would definitely recommend this cottage brilliant parking space right by cottage. Not far to walk into town. Lovely and clean and a nice outside sitting area. Will definitely be back.
