With plenty of space inside and out, delight in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, ideal for sociable time together. Relax under the gaze of soft lighting, casting a warm glow on the creamy colour scheme. Picture windows embrace the light, so unwind in these amazingly calming surroundings. A refreshing rainfall shower adds to your wellbeing. The patio and garden area is the ideal place for breakfast in the sun with plenty of seating for all or perhaps partake in a Devon cream tea on the balcony. Listen to the church bells on Sunday, as you overlook breathtaking Brixham. At the end of a day exploring, there is plenty for all to enjoy inside including a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and PlayStation 3.

The property is in the beautiful English Riviera area of Torbay. Brixham, with its breakwater, is also known for its harbour, fishing and sailing, where trawlers and day boats meet. Visit the replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship, Golden Hind (0.5 miles), to go back in time. You can even take a dip in Shoalstone Pool (2 miles), the iconic art deco sea lido. Try Berry Head National Nature Reserve (2 miles) with nature trails and a working lighthouse. St Mary’s Bay Beach (shingle and sand) is within 2 miles – also check out Paignton (6 miles) or Torquay (9 miles). It is only 6 miles to Kingswear for the Dart Steam Railway or take a ferry from there to Dartmouth.

Lovely accommodation and very comfortable. Stayed at Salmon Leap two years ago. Close to all the amenities. We were a group of ladies who enjoy walking so can recommend the Dart Trail. We also walked to Paignton and got the boat back.

Lovely place attention to detail from the owners is amazing. Great views every thing you need inside. Easy walk to brixham and will definitely be back. Amazing week well definitely recommend a stay here Only down side was kids above us very loud but this is of no fault if the owner Definitely 10/10

Nice house, plenty of space, 5 mins walk to town using steps so probably not best for those who cant manage hills and steps. Great views and lots of games etc to use in the house. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen.

Lovely property in a great location with the added bonus of private parking. It was great to be able to easily walk into town and to the harbour.. The fish shop at the market is great and the fish & chips from Brixham Fish were fantastic. We did experience some noise from the flat above for a couple of days which we weren't expecting.

We all had a fabulous time at Salmon Leap. The kitchen and utility room are well-equipped and the bedrooms/bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The open-plan living area gives an epic view to the other side of Brixham and beyond. A stay is highly recommended!

Salmon Leap was a great house in a lovely location. Walking distance to the harbour and easily drive able to local beaches and areas such as Torquay. We would definitely stay at Salmon Leap again in the future.

Great house, a short stroll from the harbour albeit some steps to manage, but was manageable for our group. The outside area is lovely and as the weather was so good we used the bbq on a couple of occasions. The property is spacious, comfortable and well positioned with lovely views over the town. Convenient for shops, pubs and restaurants which are a short walk either via steps or road down to the town.

Our stay at Salmon Leap was truly delightful. The property was well-equipped and incredibly comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We had a lovely stay at Salmon Leap. Very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Great outside space for a barbecue in the evening and the added bonus of a designated parking space. Just a short stroll to the harbour, not so easy coming back up though. This will be our first choice for our next visit to Brixham.

Salmon Leap is just lovely. The furnishings and fixtures have obviously been picked with care and attention to detail. We had a brilliant holiday and it was a pleasure to come back to this charming house with beautiful outside views. Hope to return soon.
