We have just spent 7 days in this beautiful cottage and had a lovely comfortable stay. Its very central to the harbour with many shops, bakeries, restaurants and bars nearby. There isn't parking outside the cottage but we managed to find parking 5 minutes away which was easy and worked well. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely comfy cottage in a great location. We were able to park the car in a nearby street and not use it all week. We walked or caught the bus everywhere. There are lots of pubs and restaurants, some nice little independent shops. The cottage had everything we needed would definitely recommend.

Lovely cottage, located very close to centre of town. Well equipped and comfortable. It may be a challenge for persons who have difficulty with stairs, or who need to be close to their vehicle.

A lovely, spotlessly clean, comfortable property right in the middle of Brixham, so convenient for popping out to the beautiful harbour. Wonderful to stay with two dogs, but the terrace area is so steep to get to and not suitable for them to use unsupervised. The terraces also felt unkempt and weren't used by us even though the weather was lovely. Read moreIt was a shame. Parking and loading was a headache. Be careful with the car park- read all information on council website! Hide

A great cottage in an ideal location, very close to the harbour, down a short flight of steps. As mentioned in the details, the two sets of spiralling stairs to the double bedroom are EXTREMELY steep! The steps up to the 2nd decking area are also VERY steep, and the area itself seemed a bit neglected.

In the ground floor it smelled constantly a bit strange, so regular ventilation of the room was necessary during our stay. If this could be done automatically, it would make the cottage definitely superior. The location is based in a very narrow lane, so the unload of the car was really challenging.

A wonderful week spent in this cute and cosy cottage. It was warm, comfortable and full of character. The location was fabulous although it was tricky to get the car to the front door to unload - very narrow lane and a small turning circle. Free parking is limited and at the top of the hill - but this helped to work off the delicious local pasties.Read more We would thoroughly recommend this cottage and hope to visit again. Hide

One of the best cottages we've ever stayed in. Immaculately clean, well equipped and in the perfect location - we'll certainly be back again. Very cosy for the colder winter months, but would love to come back in the summer and make the most of the lovely garden terraces. We had a long weekend in Echo Beach. Beautiful well equipped cottage with everything you would need. Very cosy and we loved the elevated garden. Loved the decor and the shortbread left for us, what a lovely touch. Would highly recommend this cottage both for its charm and perfect location so close to the harbour. We will definitely be back!!

Echo Beach is a really pretty cottage and much more spacious than it might appear from the outside. It is very well placed for Brixham harbour. We did not find parking to be a problem although it might be in the high season.
