Description

Echo Beach is a Grade II Listed 3 storey fisherman's cottage situated very close to the harbour front with its range of bars and cafes. The property has a tropical style garden area with decking and a view over the town and has two bathrooms with walk in showers and a super oval bathtub in the master bedroom, whilst the lounge has a wood-burner for cosy nights in.

Ground Floor; Good-sized lounge with feature fireplace and wood burning stove, TV, blue tooth speaker, two sofas, coffee table easy chair and window seat. Kitchen with a range of hand-built cupboards, built under fridge and freezer, slot in gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board. Steep winding stairs to

First Floor; Bedroom with twin beds, bedside table with drawers, window seat and hooks for clothes hanging. Newly fitted bathroom, with walk-in shower WC and washbasin. Steep winding winding stairs to;

Second Floor; Master bedroom with King (5') bed, bedside tables, occasional chair and built- in clothes storage and feature oval bath tub. Second bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. Utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble drier.

Outside; Leading from the kitchen, steep stone steps lead up to a gravelled area with bistro set and further up to the Tropical- style decked garden, with real Banana tree and vines, incorporating decking and seating.

Please note, as shown in the photographs this property has steep winding stairs inside and out and is not suitable for children under 8, or those with restricted mobility.

Well behaved pets accepted subject to our pet policy.

Echo Beach is situated just a 1 minute walk from the harbour in a no through road. You can stop outside to unload and there is free roadside parking nearby. Alternatively the long stay car-park is approx. 10 minutes walk away.
